Cardamom Drink at home/Ramadan Special
Cardamom is a naturally occurring spice that has intense sweet aroma and taste. It is a very strong antioxidant which is a very important function for our skin. As being antioxidant it reduces the oxidation and radicals formation on skin. That is why it is used in many skin care products and home remedies as well. We should increase its intake in our daily life specially in Ramadan.

Cardamom use in daily life is necessary as it boosts the immunity in certain way that it help to fight against cancer because of presence of certain enzymes in it. Today this article will help you to make a drink by using cardamom to avail its benefits on maximum. Along with being antioxidant it is also anti-inflammatory that’s why helps in chronic disease, ulcers and digestive system.
Cardamom has a strong ability to fight the bacteria in mouth and that is why it is usually used in mouth freshening mouth washes or chewing gums. If you take some of cardamom seeds after your meal you can avoid the bad breath for many hours.

Here are some very easy step to make cardamom drink one by one:
Water (6 glass)
1st of all you need to take 10 grams of cardamom seeds in a big bowl and add one or two glass water in it and boil it on the stove.
In second bowl, take 1000g of sugar and add two glass of water and put it on the stove to boil as well to make its syrup.
After five minutes turn off the flame under cardamom bowl and let it cool down for a bit. Then filter the mixture and get
its juice in a separate bowl. Put the remaining seeds again in two glass of water and boil it for some time. After that grind the mixture and filter its juice again.
When your sugar syrup is ready, turn off the stove and mix it with sugar syrup. Furthermore, you can add green food color as well to make it attractive and more appetizing.
Now mix them properly and let it cool down completely. When it’s cooled down, you can add 6-8 big tablespoon in a jug and add 3 glass water or accordingly. Your drink is ready to be served.
Patients of diabetes can also take this drink as it help in lowering the blood sugar levels and decrease the weight of your body.
