DRINK FOR MUSCLE PAIN RELIEF AT HOME

It’s not only common in middle-aged women or men but young people can also get affected by it. But it is one of the major problem is people who go to works or ladies who are housewives.

CAUSES OF MUSCLE OR JOINT PAIN:
Cartilage, is a thin type bone which covers the surface of other bones in joints through some flexible pads to prevent sudden jerks becomes rough. Along with getting roughened, it also become thin. When a person starts lacking some minerals and vitamins which are important to keep the bones strong also triggers these pains. Woman’s bones specially get weaker with age because of the decrease in estrogen hormone with age.
Any type of injury that cause sudden jerk to the joint can make it tender and painful. Sometimes the area even become red and swollen. Sometimes the pain in hands and wrist settle down after some week by its own but sometimes the stiffness or pain remain for long period of time. Pain of hip joints, spine or knees joints do not go that easily. They sometimes even restrict the normal movements as well.
Here are some very easy steps to make this drink at home one by one:
Brown sugar or Gur
First of all you need to take 7-8 almonds and put it in a blending machine with milk( 1/4th part of a glass). blend it in the grinding machine to get a fine mixture. Now add this almond milk in a pan and add less than half teaspoon of fennel seeds in it. After that add half teaspoon of gur or brown sugar to give it a taste. These two has fewer calories than normal sugar so it is better to use this if you have weight issues. At the end add less than half teaspoon or 1 teaspoon of clarified butter.
Now put this pan on the stove and boil it for 5 minutes and then turn off the stove.
Let it cool down a bit, pour it in a glass and it is ready to drink.
You can use this drink twice a week. It depends on your need. If you feel pain all the time than you can take a glass 2-3 times in a week. Remember it has clarified butter, if you have weight issues then you can’t take it on daily basis. Or only take it when you feel the pain.
