Today i am going to tell you a secret mistakes that we have been during washing our face and this problem s quite serious as we can get fine lines because of it. Mostly we rub our eyes during this process. But we did not know that we are damaging our face skin and its sensitive parts unknowingly.

Right way to wash your face:

When you want to wash the soap from eyes simply just splash water on them through the tips of your finger or dab it lightly. Never rub it to take off the makeup or soap. Even if you are removing your makeup, you can just use a cotton pad. Dip it in your cleanser and lightly massage your eye to take off any type of eyeliner or eye shadow.

Keeping the soap on face for long:

You are even on mistake if you apply the soap or face wash on your face for too long.

Over exfoliation:

Even if you are over exfoliating your skin, it can also cause damage to your skin. One or twice a week is more than fine.

Use of towels:   

Remember not to use shower or used towel of someone. Use some cotton and clean clothing/towel or soft tissue just to absorb the excess water.

Not moisturizing your face:

The worst mistake you could do is not moisturizing your face after cleansing. In this way you already took off all the oils of your skin leaving it dehydrated and it is prone to get even more dry if you have dry skin and more oily if you have oily skin. So proper moisturizing is must.

Use of toners:

Don’t over use toners as well. Try to use alcohol free toners with some moisturizing ingredients in it. Use of toner once in a day is more than enough.

Washing your face more than twice a day:

If you are washing your face more than often then it can also make your skin show some abnormal response. At the end you either make it too dry or too oily and both situations are extreme and it is not healthy for skin as you take all of the moisture of skin and repeating this proper time after time.

Removing makeup with wipes only:

Some girls take off their makeup through make up wipes and they think that is enough. But there is still oil, dust particles and make up particles trapped in your pores. You need to wash them off to get rid of all of them for clean and fresh skin.

You can make this mask by take one medium size persimmon and make sure its softness is medium. It shouldn’t be either hard or soft. Cut it into medium slices and put it in a grinding machine. We do not need to add any water as this fruit already contain a lot of water. After grinding, you will get its puree and take one teaspoon of it. Put it in an empty bowl and you can use it just like that on your face or hands.

You can also prepare a solid mask by adding one teaspoon of dry milk in one teaspoon of persimmon puree. Mix it well. If you have very dry skin then add one teaspoon of almond oil in it. If you have oily skin then you can add half teaspoon of fuller’s earth or skip these steps. Your mask is ready as shown in the picture.

 

Use:

Use it like a normal mask. Also, you can store this persimmon puree in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Apply a thin layer of mask on your face, neck and hand for anti-aging and for fair complexion. Leave for 20 minutes or massage it later on your face with circular motion. Then rinse off your face with lukewarm water.

 

Mask for anti-aging:

 

Ingredients:

  • persimmon puree

  • Rice flour

  • Gram flour

 

Method:

To make mask for anti-aging properties you need additional anti-aging ingredients like rice flour and gram flour. For this, take one teaspoon of rice flour and one teaspoon of gram flour in a bowl. Add enough persimmon puree to make a smooth and nice paste. You mask is ready to use as shown in the picture.

 

Use:

You can use this mask 2-3 times in a week and try to make fresh mask every time you use it. Apply a thick layer of mask on your face, neck and hands. Leave it there for 20 minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water. Apply some good and heavy moisturizer after that. As gram flour and rice flour take out all the oil and sebum from skin pores.

 

Method for making persimmon serum:

 

Ingredients:

  • persimmon puree

  • Glycerin

  • Aloe Vera gel

  • Rose-water

 

Method:

This serum can also be use as a toner. You can make this serum by adding 5-7 tablespoon persimmon puree and add one tablespoon of glycerin in it. Then add one tablespoon of aloe Vera gel in it. After that add half cup of rose-water and mix it well. Then pour this serum is some suitable bottle for daily convenient use as shown in the picture.

 

Use:

You can store this serum in refrigerator for a week. You can use it at night before going to sleep or anytime you want. Make sure you don’t use it before makeup as this fruit is sticky in nature and might not work best with makeup.

 

Serum for hair:

You can also use this persimmon puree for you hair. As it has most of the ingredients that will help your hair to shine and in growing fast. It stimulate the hair follicles to grow and make follicles strong overall. Which also prevent hair fall.

 

Ingredients:

  • persimmon puree

  • Almond oil

  • Aloe Vera gel

Method:

First take half persimmon fruit puree and add 100 ml of almond oil in it. At the end add one teaspoon of aloe Vera gel in it. Pour this mixture in a bottle and shake it well. You hair serum is ready as shown in the picture.

 

Use:

You can use it anytime but it is better to use before an hour of take shower. Apply this serum on hair roots and massage your scalp gently. Then rinse off your hair with lukewarm water.

Canker sore is something that you might have experience at least once in life. They are actually harmless but they are often got confused with cold sores. Canker sore are not usually cause by some bacteria but it is painful though. They are usually ulcer of mouth that cause by irritation or injury.

 

Definition of canker sore:

What is menstruation?

 

Menstruation is the natural reproductive cycle that involves the formation of oocyte and preparing the uterus for pregnancy. A women usually start menstruating between the age of 12-14 but it may vary in some region as it is also common to get it earlier. If a girl doesn’t get here period till the age of 16 then they probably should consult the doctor.

 

Irregular periods:

 

Normally menstruation cycle is of 21-38 days and it varies in each individual. But if your cycle is constant and you get your period after estimated time, then you can consider your period cycle normal. But when it is not like one time you had the cycle of 28 days but then it changed to 40 days or more or keep changing.

 

 

Causes for irregular period:
