Home remedies for yogurt:

First mask for cleansing and brightening

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt

  • Honey

  • Blueberries

  • Almond oil

Method:

You can take one big tablespoon of yogurt in a bowl and add half teaspoon of honey in it. Make sure your yogurt is fresh and pure, also it should have least amount of water in it. After that, add few drops of almond oil and add juice of blueberries or simply crushed blueberries in it. Then mix the mixture and apply on face.

This will provide you with best vitamin E and C as well as antioxidants. It will serve as a very good moisturizing, whitening and glowing mask. You can keep it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off lukewarm water.

 

Yogurt face scrub:

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt

  • Brown sugar

  • Oatmeal

  • Vitamin E capsules

Method:

Take one and half tablespoon of yogurt then add half teaspoon of fine brown sugar. After that add half teaspoon fine form of oatmeal and add 2 capsules of vitamin E in it. If you do not have vitamin E capsules then you can also add few drops of almond oil.

Apply this face mask on face and leave it for 20 minutes. Then massage your face with circular gentle motion and it will help to exfoliate the dead skin cells. Furthermore, it has fine granules of brown sugar which is actually soft and more effective than regular sugar. All these ingredients when combined will work best for exfoliation of your skin.

 

Yogurt moisturizing mask:

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt

  • Cucumber

  • Coconut oil

  • Avocado

Method:

You need to take half bowl of avocado and get the pulp in mashed form. After that, grate the cucumber with its peels add it into mashed avocado. Then add few drops or very small piece of coconut oil chunk if it is in hard form. Then add enough yogurt to make a smooth paste of it.

You can apply this on your face and leave it on for 25-30 minutes and then rinse it off. It will make your skin super hydrating and beautiful. These all masks are even better to be used in winter season.
