Procedure for face wash:

 

 

 

Ingredients:spinach leaves

 

  • Spinach

  • Vitamin E capsule

  • Rose water

Method:

 

First of all, to make this face wash, you need a big handful of spinach leaves. You need to wash the spinach and let it dry then separate theimage 2 leaves. After that put these leaves in a grinding machine and add half cup of rose-water and blend the mixture. Blend it until you get a homogeneous mixture of spinach with rose-water.

After that, filter this mixture through a fine strainer and heat it up this filtered mixture through a double boiler method or by microwave. Then take any soap which you use at home and suits your skin best, and grate half or full soap in this mixture. If you like your face wash to be very foamy them you can also add full grated soap.

Then mix the mixture properly until all the soap gets dissolved into it. At the end, also add 1-3 capsules of vitamin E In it and pour this face wash in a suitable bottle for daily convenient use.

You can use this face wash daily whenever you want to wash you face. You should use it twice a day and keep it in refrigerator as it need cool temperature for storage because of upcoming summer.

Also you can also use it on you body as a body wash but then add full soap in it for more foamy texture. Store it for 4-7 days and not more than that.
