Some hacks to prevent hair loss in men and women

Well hair loss is quite a big population in majority of population. It can be cause by any reason and some time this hair loss is because of unknown reason. This article can tell you some tips to follow in your daily life that you might be doing wrong for ages. We can be doing something that is harsh for our hair and you may not even know it.

Here are some hack and tips as mentioned below:

 

Take proper supplements:

 

If you think you are losing hair more than normally you do then you must contact your doctor. Get yourself some proper supplements according to the recommendation of your doctor. Your doctor might prescribe you the best according to your age, health and other factors.

Supplements are the best because it can complete the body needs that you might not be getting from the diet. Especially people who are no vegetarian , they need to pay close attention to their protein intake. Furthermore your supplements should have vitamin A, B6, C, D ,E,K, calcium,biotin and folic acid. Furthermore, they should have proper quantity of iron, iodine, riboflavin, zinc, copper and manganese.

 

Good diet:

 

You should take diet that is rich with protein which is the basic building block for your hair. Also you should add meat, fish, milk, legumes, lentils, green vegetables and fruits in your diet. If you are suddenly losing weight so this can also cause hair loss. Do not starve yourself even if you are on certain diet scadual. You can ask your doctor for the best and healthy diet chart that might help you lose weight and will not affect the health in a bad way.

 

Be gentle to your hair:

 

Do not use excess shampoo:

 

You can wash your hair twice or thrice a week and do not use excess shampoo on your hair. Also , avoid applying conditioner on the scalp as it might clog the pores.

 

Avoid styling tools:

 

You hair may become weak and start to fall because of excess use of blow dry, straightening and curling irons. Try to use the minimum in your daily routine or apply good heat protecting serum or spray and don’t forget the after care as well.

 

Stop applying chemicals on hair:

Rebounding, dyeing and perming like procedure can also damage your hair permanently and cause hair fall more often. So avoid getting excess chemical treatment on your hair as it spread havoc only.  Hair wax, spray or gel like hair products contain wax substance and that mold the hair in certain shape and it also cover the whole surface of hair. This lead to less supply of oxygen and air to the hair which cause hair damage and even hair loss.

 

Do not brush wet hair:

Try to brush your hair when they are a little dry and apply some good strengthening serum before combing your hair. Also, go gentle on your hair as harsh combing can only cause more hair breakage.

Use comb instead of brush:

Combs are better than brush as they don’t make hair further entangled. If you use hair brush then try to purchase a good brand brush with very soft bristle.

 

Don’t use excess hair extension:

Use of hair extension on hair can exert a constant pulling strain on your hair follicle. In return you hair might become weak and may fall off from hair follicle.

 

Don do your hair in tight bands:

Try to change your hairstyle every week and don’t tie your hair in certain manner for long time. As some girl used to do  high and tight pony tail very often. Furthermore keep changing you hair side as well so you hair will not become weak from that certain side.

Apply essential oils and serum on your hair:

Never forget to massage or apply your hair with essential oil like lavender oil, castor oil, coconut oil, rosemary oil and almond oil. You can even mix these all to make your own oil. Apply this at least once or twice a week on your hair before taking shower.

Get short hair cut instead:

If you think you shedding hair more than normal then you should get a short hair style so they might get better nutrition. As long hair need more nourishment and are more prone to get thin or may break. Sort hair is stronger and usually fall less than longer. But it is not necessarily true or you don have to do it if you love long hair.

 

Protect your hair from sun:

Sun is also a source of heat and UV rays that can cause certain amount of formation of free radicals in your hair cells. Just like skin cells, your hair also need protection for damaging rays of sun. So direct exposure for long periods of time can also play a major role in your hair damage as damaged hair are more prone toward hair fall.

Healthy lifestyle:

Try to adopt a healthy lifestyle like good diet and with proper exercise which will also help to reduce stress in your life as well. Furthermore, quit smoking and consuming alcohol as they make body dehydrated and can cause hair fall as well.
