How to make rice flour?
First of all you need one cup of rice and wash it properly in water and keep it in water for over night. Next day stain the rice and let it dry for some time. You can do so by spreading it on some cotton cloth and keep it in sun or in shadow but open environment.
After that grind the rice until it get a form of very fine powder. Then filter or strain the powder through filter strainer or you can do so by using a very thin cotton cloth. The filtered powder is very soft and fine. You can pour it in an air tight container for future use.

At the end add enough rose-water to make a homogeneous smooth paste. Make sure there are no big lumps and mix the mixture properly.
If you think your paste is very thick then your can add a little more rose-water. And if you think it is very thin then you can add more rice flour in it.
Your face mask is ready and it can also be use as a face scrub.
Use it one 2-3 times in a week and keep using it for whole month to see the amazing results. You can apply its thick layer on your face with a brush and let it dry for 10-15 minutes. When it drys out then sprinkle more water and massage the face gently in a circular motion. This is how it will work as a gentle scrub.
