  • Orange juice

  • Orange peels

  • Corn flour

  • Coconut oil

  • Vitamin E capsule

  • Aloe Vera gel

Coconut oil:

Orange has more benefits like lemon because it is rich with vitamin C. This vitamin is very important and act as a strong antioxidant as well and without an antioxidant our skin care routine is incomplete. It prevents the skin from damaging rays of sun by reducing the process of oxidation. Also, it cause the neutralization of free radicals and prevent it from spreading havoc of the skin. As these free radicals can change the genetic of a cell by disturbing its DNA and cell loses its normal function and normal performance.

Method for lemon gel:


First of all, you need to take a big size orange and grate the upper layer of orange peels in a bowl. Then put these grated peels in a pan and add 2 tablespoon of coconut oil in it. Cook this material on low flame until peels get dull orange color in the oil. Remember you don’t want burnt peels and filter this mixture through the strainer. You have prepared the oil you need to put in orange gel.


After that take juice of half orange and add one tablespoon of corn flour in it. Mix the mixture and give it low heat through double boiler method until it start to get thicker. After that take it off from heat and add the orange oil that you freshly prepared in this mixture. Now add 3-4 capsules of vitamin E and 2 and half tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel.


Mix the mixture for at least 5 minutes so all the ingredients can make a homogeneous mixture. Your gel is ready as shown in the picture and you can store it in a suitable jar. You can keep it on room temperature for less than a week. If you have extra quantity then you can also store it in refrigerator.




Now apply this gel on your face, neck and hands. Keep massaging it at least 20 minutes on your skin. If it gets dry then you can add more rose-water and keep massaging it. At the end, let it get dry and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Also apply a good moisturizer on your face.


Also you can use it as night cream on your face and leave it on for whole night. It will reduce the blemishes and dryness on your face as it has hydrating ingredients like vitamin E and aloe Vera gel as well. You can also use this method every night before going to the bed.
