Also, this procedure requires number of sessions according to the hair growth, thickness and surface area. Usually it take 5-7 session for prominent results.


Is it permanent or temporary?


Actually NO, This is not a permanent treatment. Many people who has got this treatment do not grow hair for at least a year or more. Well hair can regrow again with passage of time and it also depends on your hormones. There are some other method for permanent hair removal but this one can give you relieve for a year or more. In some cases it can last for more time while in some you might start to get hair growth because of hormonal imbalance.

What to expect during Procedure and side effects?


This procedure involves protection of eyes and skin first as it uses strong light beams. Moreover , they use a cooling gel on your skin that is a protective layer for outer skin layer. You might feel a little burning or tingling sensation while laser procedure. If it bothers you more than you should tell your doctor so he adjust the intensity of laser light.
After the procedure, you might feel redness for 1-2 days but it goes away eventually. You can get it on your face and body as well and session will be decided by intensity of hair growth and surface area as well. Your doctor might also suggest you to avoid the sun for few days or even use a very good sunscreen for at least a month.
Your doctor may or may not recommend you this procedure as it can cause permanent hyperpigmentation on darker skin people. So it is better to first educate yourself and select a good wise doctor who can give you better advise on this matter.
If you decide to go through this procedure, you better select a broad certified and experience doctor. As this procedure needs high skills and training as well in any doctor.
