Gram flour scrub:

Ingredients:

  • Rose water

  • Gram flour

  • Honey

Method:

First of all take half teaspoon gram flour and add few drops of honey to make thick paste. Then add enough rose-water to make the paste a little bit smooth. Now apply it on face and massage it in circular motion. Keep massaging it for 10 minutes and it  will remove most of the dead skin cells and superficial blackheads. You can use it 2 times in a week and also never forget to apply a good moisturizer on face afterward.

 

Green tea scrub:

Ingredients:

  • green tea

  • Aloe vera

  • Almond oil

Method:

Take half teaspoon of green tea in a bowl and add half teaspoon of aloe vera. If you have dry skin then add few drops of almond oil and if you have oily skin then you can also skip this step. Apply this mixture on your face and massage your face in circular and gentle motion.

 

Lemon scrub:

Ingredients:

  • turmeric powder

  • Honey

  • Lemon

  • Brown sugar

Method:

Take a teaspoon of brown sugar and a pinch of turmeric powder in a bowl. Then, add few drops of honey and mix the mixture to make a thick paste. Then take a half of lemon and pour this mixture on it. after that scrub your face with this lemon half on your whole face for at least 10 minutes. If you get any tingling or burning sensation because of lemon then discontinue its use and wash your face with lukewarm water.

 

Rice flour scrub:

 

Ingredients:

  • rice flour

  • Red lentils powder

  • Rose water

  • Honey

Method:

Rice flour is one of the best exfoliation substance as it removes the dead skin cells chemically as well because of presence of certain type of enzymes. Take one teaspoon of rice flour in a bowl and add fine form of ground red lentil. Mix the powders well and then make an addition of few drops of honey. At the end, add enough rose-water to make an applicable smooth paste. Apply it on your face and massage with it.

Keep massaging it for at least 20 minutes and then let it dry for a bit. After that rinse off your face with lukewarm water and apply a good moisturizer. Try to adopt the exfoliation skin care at night so it will give skin some time to heal as skin can get a little sensitive after exfoliation.
