First of all you need a big size mango, take off its peels with knife and cut it in small slices in a bowl. Then you will need ginger juice. You can simply get it by grating the ginger and get it juice by pressing it through a filter tool.
Now add slices of mango in a grinding machine with 2 teaspoon of ginger juice. After that add 3 tablespoon of cow milk and one teaspoon of honey.
At last blend the mixture in grinding machine. It is more like mango smoothie in thick form as show in the picture:
You can add more cow milk to decrease the thickness but it is better in thick form. Your smoothie is ready.
USE:
you need to take this drink for 2 months to see the obvious results. Make it fresh every time you use it. Take it in morning with breakfast or you can even take it in afternoon.
